Big Black 002 was
built by Pete Moreno in Oshtemo, MI using a Gretsch body and a
Gibson ES 175 neck in 1987. There were only two of these guitars
built by Pete. One for me and one for Johnny Apollo (Big Black
001).
Big Black
Bruce Heron of Blue Star Guitars in Paw Paw MI built me a ¾
sized copy of a National map style guitar. Like the Newport 82
design. The top is covered with a weird plastic like they used
to put on drums.

John Kingslight of
Kingslight Guitars built me a Martin style Dreadnought in Jan.
2006. The top is Adirondack Spruce. The back and sides are Claro
Walnut and the neck is Mahogany. The peg head veneer and rosette
are Spalted Apple.
